The highlight of this motel was definitely the stunning views—absolutely beautiful! The bar and restaurant areas were lovely, with a nice atmosphere with a mix of locals and guests and tasty food. Our room was decent, and the bed was super comfy, complete with a cozy electric under blanket and a pair of slippers, which was a nice touch.
There were a few downsides: the road nearby was quite noisy at times, though it did quiet down overnight, so it was manageable. Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, and I ended up getting bitten a lot during the night. Also, the doors were very squeaky—something that seems like it could be easily fixed! The cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, especially behind the furniture where it looked like vacuuming hadn’t been done in a while and the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean with hairs.
Overall, while there’s room for improvement—particularly with cleaning—I still had a good stay and would be happy to return.
